The SP-X Cleaning and Sweeping Integrated Machine is a heavy-duty, ride-on electric floor cleaning vehicle designed for commercial and industrial environments such as warehouses, parking lots, factories, workshops, and municipal walkways. Combining sweeping, scrubbing, and vacuum suction in a single unit, it is equipped with two 19-inch brush disks and two 500 mm side brushes, delivering a wide 1,230 mm cleaning path (1,450 mm sweeping width and 1,350 mm suction width) for high-efficiency coverage. Powered by a 48V system with a 1200W drive motor and a 150–300Ah battery (lithium battery optional), it supports 4–6 hours of continuous operation per charge. The large 280 L clean water tank and 300 L sewage tank, together with a 50 L garbage bin, minimize refilling and emptying stops. Electric brush and suction-nozzle lifting, low-voltage alarm, and a standard water gun make daily operation convenient, while optional add-ons such as 100 kg high-pressure flushing, a 6-hole punch, and a handheld suction grill extend its versatility for stubborn dirt and hard-to-reach areas. With its ergonomic seat, steering control, and robust 800 kg build, the SP-X delivers reliable, one-person-operated floor maintenance that replaces multiple manual cleaning tools.
