The YDTK-30T is a battery-powered, remote-controlled machine moving skate designed for relocating heavy industrial equipment such as machine tools, presses, transformers, engines and factory assemblies. With a maximum traction load of 30 tons and a rated load capacity of 15 tons, it moves bulky, immobile machinery smoothly across factory floors without the need for forklifts or cranes in tight indoor spaces. Powered by twin 1000W front drive motors in a four-wheel-drive layout, it travels at a stepless adjustable speed of 6–10 m/min, while the built-in 60Ah 48V battery delivers 4–5 hours of continuous working time on a single charge (54.6V, 5A charging). The ergonomic wireless remote controller gives the operator safe, stand-alone control with an integrated emergency stop, and the unit ships with two auxiliary polyurethane roller skates that work in tandem to support the rear of the load. Measuring just 770 × 650 × 175 mm and weighing 150 kg, the low-profile steel chassis slides under the tightest equipment clearances, making it an essential, cost-effective tool for machinery installation, plant layout changes, and heavy equipment positioning in workshops, warehouses and construction sites.
