The SP870 Dual-Brush Floor Washer is a heavy-duty, ride-on commercial floor scrubber engineered for large-scale cleaning tasks in warehouses, factories, supermarkets, parking garages, and industrial workshops. Equipped with two 16-inch nylon-steel wire hybrid brush discs powered by dual 600W motors and an 870mm cleaning width, it delivers an impressive working efficiency of up to 6,000 m² per hour. A 650W suction motor paired with a 1,000mm suction nozzle leaves floors completely dry and streak-free. Powered by a 24V 203Ah Tianneng battery, the machine runs continuously for 4–6 hours on a single charge, supported by a 1,200W rear-axle drive motor that reaches 6.4 km/h forward and 4.6 km/h in reverse. Its generous 175L clean water tank and 180L sewage tank minimize refilling frequency, while electric brush-disc and suction-nozzle lifting mechanisms, low-voltage alarm, and sewage-level alarm ensure convenient, reliable operation. The robust body combines 4mm steel with 5mm plastic molding and weighs 500kg, and an integrated 150W high-pressure flushing gun handles stubborn grime and edge cleaning.
